This article explores the stylistic potential of word order within sentence elements as a means of syntactic expressiveness. It is demonstrated that in literary and journalistic styles, deviation from conventional word order enhances emotional tone, emphasizes the author’s attitude, strengthens focus, and contributes to the musicality of the text. Furthermore, the article examines how expressive means arise through altered word order in various stylistic contexts, and it reveals their semantic and stylistic functions. The findings offer a significant scholarly basis for understanding the role and importance of syntactic stylistics in linguistics.
