This article analyzes the artistic and social role of irony in the works of Abdulla Qahhor, one of the prominent figures in Uzbek literature. In his writings, irony serves not only as a means of humor or satire but also as a literary device with deep moral and educational significance. In Qahhor’s stories and novellas, irony is skillfully used to expose social issues, reveal the contradictions of human characters, and awaken public consciousness.
